To help us resolve issues quickly and conduct technical investigations, we would appreciate it if you could provide the following information when contacting us.

  • Application Name (e.g., Stocha, WoDict, etc.)
  • Device and OS Version (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro / iOS 18.6)
  • Detailed situation and reproduction steps for the issue (when and what operation caused it)
  • If you have screen recordings or screenshots of errors, it will significantly speed up problem identification.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Are the core features or apps paid?

A: The offering format varies depending on the nature of the application. We offer both “one-time purchase premium apps” that can be used for a long time including Family Sharing, and “free-to-try apps (with in-app purchases)” that let you try basic features. Please check the App Store page for each app for details.


Q: I purchased a feature/app but it’s not reflected after reinstalling.

A: We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try the following steps.

  1. When changing devices or reinstalling, please execute “Restore Purchases” in the app’s settings screen.
  2. Make sure you are signed in to the device with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.

Q: The app crashes unexpectedly.

A: This may be due to a temporary environmental issue. Please restart your device and ensure that both the app and OS are updated to the latest versions. If the issue persists, please report it via the contact form with “the steps leading up to the crash” if possible.


Q: Are there Android or Windows versions available?

A: We are currently fully focused on native development for the Apple ecosystem (iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, visionOS) to pursue a seamless and sophisticated user experience. Therefore, we have no plans to port to other platforms at this time.
