These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) define the conditions of use for the application “Easy Recipe Saver” (hereinafter referred to as “this App”) provided by Sawac Studio (hereinafter referred to as “we”).

1. These Terms define the rights and obligations between us and users regarding the use of this App, and apply to all relationships related to the use of this App between users and us.
2. By using this App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Eligibility)

This App may only be used by persons who meet the following conditions:

1. Persons aged 13 or older (persons under 13 require parental consent)
2. Persons who agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy
3. Persons who own an iOS device

Article 3 (Prohibited Matters)

Users must not engage in the following acts when using this App:

1. Decompilation, disassembly, or reverse engineering of this App
2. Acts that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of this App
3. Acts that breach the security of this App
4. Intentionally entering false information
5. Acts that cause inconvenience to other users or third parties
6. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
7. Other acts that we deem inappropriate

Article 4 (User Data)

1. Copyrights to recipe data entered and saved by users in this App (hereinafter referred to as “User Data”) belong to the users.
2. Users are responsible for managing User Data. We assume no responsibility for loss, corruption, etc. of User Data.
3. Users are encouraged to perform regular backups.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. Intellectual property rights related to this App belong to us or the rightful owners.
2. Users may use this App only within the scope of personal use.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

1. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or usefulness of this App’s operation.
2. We assume no responsibility for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this App.
3. This App is provided as-is, without express or implied warranties.

Article 7 (Changes to or Termination of Service)

1. We may change the content of this App or interrupt or terminate its provision without prior notice to users.
2. We assume no responsibility for damages arising from the termination of this App.

Article 8 (Changes to Terms)

We may change these Terms when deemed necessary. The revised Terms will take effect by notification within the app or by posting on this site.

Article 9 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

1. The interpretation of these Terms is governed by the laws of Japan.
2. In the event of a dispute regarding this App, the court having jurisdiction over our location shall be the exclusive agreed court.
