4. Data Storage & Sharing
4.1 Local Storage
- Recipe data is primarily stored in the SwiftData database on the device
- App settings are stored in UserDefaults
4.2 iCloud Sync
When users enable iCloud sync:
- Recipe data is encrypted and stored on Apple’s iCloud servers
- Data is synced with other devices signed in with the same Apple ID
- Apple’s privacy policy applies
4.3 Third-Party Services
Google AdMob (Ad Delivery)
- Uses device advertising identifiers for ad delivery
- May collect anonymized usage statistics

Apple App Store (Payment Processing)
- Plus plan and supporter purchases are processed by Apple
- Payment information is not collected or stored by this app

- Deleting the app removes all local data
- iCloud data can be deleted from settings

- All recipe data can be viewed and edited within the app
- Settings can also be changed within the app

- Data is protected by SwiftData’s encryption features
- During iCloud sync, data is protected by Apple’s encryption technology
- The app utilizes the latest iOS security features
9. International Data Transfer
- When using iCloud sync, data may be stored on Apple’s global server network
- Anonymous data may be transferred internationally for Google AdMob ad delivery
10. Children’s Privacy
This app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it immediately.
11. Changes to Privacy Policy
This privacy policy may be changed without notice. For significant changes, we will notify users within the app.
